What Lies Beneath
What Lies Beneath is a photography collection that focuses specifically on the hidden details of Portland’s natural parks. This collection features a macro approach on a variety of slugs, mushrooms, insects, animals, and plant life across all four seasons of 2023. Although the Pacific Northwest is often featured for its stunning landscapes, the approach used for this collection was to specifically “zoom in” on the small details of forest and fauna that are often overlooked.
